These services range from admission to billing and comprehensive assistance in discharge formalities.
There are mainly four sections in the lounge.

- A personal meeting room
- An area for Skype Video Consults (physicians from the clinic will provide consultation)
Stay Options:
You will be required to submit an accommodation request either during or prior to admission. The hospital and surrounding hotels both offer convenient private and semi-private lodging alternatives. Room assignments in hospitals are determined by medical necessity and bed availability.
Medical visa
Any medical tourists who travel to India for medical care must have a visa. Our foreign patient care staff requests a copy of every patient’s passport, as well as the passports of any guests they may be bringing. Once our International Patient Care staff obtains a copy of your passport, we will send you the visa invitation letter.
The medical invitation letter we provide for your visa will have your name as it appears on your passport, along with the passport numbers. One invitation letter will be adequate for the patient and the attendant. Printing the document and bringing the required documents with you when you visit the Indian consulate is advised for patients from other nations. Additionally, it is suggested that patients write down the time and date of their visit at the nearby Indian Embassy. Patients are also required to send their plane tickets in order to confirm the arrival date and time.
The Indian embassy or high commissioner will review and decide whether to accept your application. Generally, a six-month visa would be issued by the Indian embassy.
